Since 2026, Private Equity Partners has expanded its operating model by complementing its traditional activities with an innovative investment platform: Clubinv – Permanent Capital.
Co-sponsored with Banca Finint and backed by a selected group of experienced entrepreneurs, the initiative integrates financial capital and industrial expertise within a stable structure, enabling a truly hands-on approach as an active industrial partner.
The presence of operating entrepreneurs in the shareholding enables the platform to act not only as a financial investor, but as an active industrial partner, contributing directly to the growth, consolidation and strategic development of portfolio companies.
Clubinv adopts a Permanent Capital model, with no predefined investment horizon, allowing:
