Le attività di Private Equity Partners, svolte direttamente o tramite la piattaforma Clubinv Permanent Capital, si focalizzano sulle seguenti aree di intervento.
Expansion Capital e Pre-IPO
Interventi di capitale finalizzati alla crescita dimensionale, al rafforzamento competitivo e alla preparazione alla quotazione sui mercati regolamentati, con un approccio strutturato alla governance e alla trasparenza.
Buy & Build
Progettazione e realizzazione di strategie di aggregazione industriale volte alla creazione di poli di settore, attraverso acquisizioni mirate e integrazione operativa.
Venture Capital ed ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition)
Interventi selettivi in iniziative imprenditoriali ad alto potenziale e in progetti di acquisizione guidati da imprenditori o manager, con un approccio disciplinato alla valutazione del rischio.
Buyout
Operazioni di acquisizione e riorganizzazione societaria, spesso in partnership con il management, con l’obiettivo di accompagnare l’impresa in un percorso di sviluppo e valorizzazione.
Specialized Private Equity Advisory
In parallelo alla sua attività di investitore, Private Equity Partners fornisce anche attività di consulenza e assistenza specializzata su tutte le tematiche riguardanti l’investimento nel capitale di rischio, supportando imprenditori, aziende, investitori ed istituzionali nazionali e internazionali o manager nella selezione e identificazione delle migliori soluzioni per le loro specifiche necessità. Tra queste sono inclusi la preparazione e il coordinamento di processi di quotazione, partnership, investimenti o aggregazioni strategiche e operazioni di MBO (management buy out) o di M&A in generale, condotte sia in Italia che all’estero
