Attività di investimento
Le attività di Private Equity Partners, svolte direttamente o tramite la piattaforma Clubinv Permanent Capital, si focalizzano sulle seguenti aree di intervento.
Expansion Capital e Pre-IPO
Interventi di capitale finalizzati alla crescita dimensionale, al rafforzamento competitivo e alla preparazione alla quotazione sui mercati regolamentati, con un approccio strutturato alla governance e alla trasparenza.
Buy & Build
Progettazione e realizzazione di strategie di aggregazione industriale volte alla creazione di poli di settore, attraverso acquisizioni mirate e integrazione operativa.
Venture Capital ed ETA (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition)
Interventi selettivi in iniziative imprenditoriali ad alto potenziale e in progetti di acquisizione guidati da imprenditori o manager, con un approccio disciplinato alla valutazione del rischio.
Buyout
Operazioni di acquisizione e riorganizzazione societaria, spesso in partnership con il management, con l’obiettivo di accompagnare l’impresa in un percorso di sviluppo e valorizzazione.
Attività di Consulenza Specialistica
In parallelo alla sua attività di investitore, Private Equity Partners fornisce anche attività di consulenza e assistenza specializzata su tutte le tematiche riguardanti l’investimento nel capitale di rischio, supportando imprenditori, aziende, investitori ed istituzionali nazionali e internazionali o manager nella selezione e identificazione delle migliori soluzioni per le loro specifiche necessità. Tra queste sono inclusi la preparazione e il coordinamento di processi di quotazione, partnership, investimenti o aggregazioni strategiche e operazioni di MBO (management buy out) o di M&A in generale, condotte sia in Italia che all’estero.
Clubinv Permanent Capital
Dal 2026 Private Equity Partners ha ampliato il proprio modello operativo affiancando all’attività tradizionale una piattaforma di investimento strutturata secondo logiche innovative: Clubinv Permanent Capital.
Clubinv è una piattaforma italiana di permanent capital organizzata secondo il modello dell'Independent Sponsor. Origina, struttura e coordina investimenti diretti in PMI, anche con l'attiva partecipazione di imprenditori, family office e altri investitori in operazioni di co-investimento. con un approccio imprenditoriale, industriale e orientato alla creazione di valore nel tempo.
Clubinv nasce da una partnership strategica e azionaria che integra in modo strutturato tre categorie di soggetti fortemente complementari:
- due Sponsor dell'iniziativa - Banca Finint e Private Equity Partners, realtà con competenze finanziarie consolidate, una profonda conoscenza del mid-market otaliano e una lunga e riconosciuta esperienza negli investimenti di private equity
- un Management Team esperto, strutturato e fortemente allineato, grazie al coinvestimento diretto in ogni operazione
- un selezionato gruppo di imprenditori Partner, che oltre a investire partecipano attivamente e autonomamente al processo decisionale, apportano contributi industriali, relazioni strategiche e una visione manageriale e imprenditoriale di altissimo livello.
